Good looking NO Bar , what motor you using to push it to .955 an does the body drag track at launch . I'm building a No Bar, with a drop guide arm -hinge point just ahead of motor , a WRP sidewinder motor bracket . Second frame work extends from motor bracket to front of car front wheels and body supported so there weight will be lifted by motor . second frame made of piano wire and 1/8Th" X 1/4" brass strips . using old 66 Gto body for test runs . will add 21 grams lead chunks to space behind front grill and 21 grams on drop guide arm , motor will be big block 20 ball bearing on can , ball bearings on axles . tires are 1 1/16Th" X .500 maybe a few weeks before test runs . will report on results
1-4-2015 Down River Speedway , tried my No Bar glued up and launched fine ,no braid spark ran true even after breaking loose just passed 60 Ft. mark and spinning rest of 1/4.
made second pass same result same could glue and run till out of glue then up in smoke so I shut down .. Need new tires and will go again . looks good so far

My latest no bar, running a slip joint, .285 tires, evil 9 motor, best run of .798 in 1/8, consistant .802s.
I think there is more in it, would a s16d be a step up from the evil 9? Might try a PS2101 and see if it can hold that.
