Air gap info needed

Hi, I'm new here. This is my first post. Been on Slotblog for 5 years. I've known Tim Crosslin for a few.

Here's my question: A friend in another town has some Hawk 6 setups with the high powered niclel plated neos. He has .485" diameter arms in 54, 64 and 74 winds. What kind of air gap would work best?

I agree.  depends on the mag type somewhat too, the hotter winds may want to be a little tighter.
