Thanks D! Going to sign up now and get some photos up asap. I just bolted up the business into the chassis and am excited! It looks like a half finished car now, lol! Im gonna take it to the track tomorrow night and see if it runs, then get to work painting, detailing and coming up with a name and graphics for it.

Thanks for posting the pics Dvan! I finished it up cosmetically today. I also took it to the track tonight and its a blast to run! Im hooked! Got it down to a .97 at 40 mph with some tweeking. Im sure once motor is fully broke in I can get it to .93....I will email a pic or 2 if you wish to post them. I sent my laptop to the doctor today so I should nbe able to post them myself soon. Nice clean looking set up ,you are going to need a longer board

Skooter you might want to consider some struts on them wheelie bars.
Struts are the top bar on the wheelie bar, see pic.

Where can I get one of those jigs I see all you guys have?

#1 Check your local track an see if they can get one For you ( support your raceway) if not go to the Precison Slot Cars web sight they make a lot of diffrent jigs for diffrent chassis and more accesories for them than you can shake your wallet at , me I build on a piece of 3/4 inch X 5 Inches wide X 16 long thick plywood with a slot sawed in it for the guide. trust me, if you want to go faster ,and stay in the slot, BUY A JIG
old sleepy cars struggle to go 13's in a straight line

Skooter have your local track order you a Lucky Bobs jig. They're around $40.00.
You can build most chassis with it.
