Re: New Track in Hawaii

Nice cars brah.  What motors do you have in there?  What gears?  What kind of power are you guys running?  How long is the shutdown?  What classes do you guys run?  Brackets only for now?

Brah, the way to tell if you're hooked or bogged is by the 60' times.  My hardbody Camaro 125 grams with a neo 20 c-can motor will 60' .105 - .107 and runs .740's at 70 mph on the 1/4 mile.  16.2 volts.  I'm geared 12/56 w/ 1 1/16 x .500 rears.

I might have to send a car out there for you to try out.

Re: New Track in Hawaii

Try the Koford drag glue.  Mo bettah....  The Bogg is way too much.  If the temp is over 80 inside or the sun is on the track, you may have to mix some Koford Medium.  Lay down a lot of the drag glue for the neo stuff.  When you think you have enough, add more.....   What arms? Is it the Pro Slot neos?

Vegas in October?  I'm going to probably be there for the NHRA national event.  I'll probably be hanging with my friend Albert.  He crews for Roger Kato and hangs around with Al and Greg Ventura.  I think Ryan Pebble is coming up for the races and SEMA show.  Maybe we'll see you there.

Cool, if you're coming to Pomona, Buena Park is a short distance from there.  Let me know when you're in town and we can meet up at the track (either Vegas, Pomona or Buena Park).
